摘要: 作为锂离子二次电池的碳负极材料,其改性方面的研究内容主要有:引入非金属无素、引入金属元素、处理表面及其它方法.引入的非金属元素有硼、硅、氮、磷和硫.引入的金属元素有钾、铝、镓、和钒、镍、钴、铜、铁等过渡金属元素.表面处理的方法包括氧化、形成表面层等.这些方法之所以能提高碳材料的性能,主要是由于它们能影响碳材料的电子状态、晶体结构以及表面结构.另外对锂在碳材料中的储存机理也简要地加以了说明.

Abstract: In this paper, the latest research work on modification of carbon anode materials of lithium ion secondary battery is reviewed. Modification methods include: incorporation of nonmetal elements such as boron, silicon, nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur, metal elements such as potassium, aluminum, gallium and transitional metal elements such as vanadium, nickel, cobalt, copper and iron and surface treatment such as oxidation and formation of surface layer. Since these methods can affect the carbon materials' electronics state, crystal structure and surface structure, the electrochemical properties of the carbon materials could probably be improved. Besides, mechanisms for lithium storage in carbonaceous materials are briefly introduced.
