质子交换膜燃料电池用碳纳米管载铂催化剂的研究

The Study on Carbon Nanotube-loaded Pt Catalysts for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

摘要:  采用原位化学还原法制备碳纳米管载铂(Pt/CNTs)和碳粉载铂(Pt/C)催化剂,经透射电镜分析和X射线衍射分析,然后制成电极,组装成质子交换膜燃料电池并进行性能测试。实验结果表明,所制备的两种催化剂,铂粒径均较小(4nm左右),而Pt/CNTs表现出比Pt/C优越的催化性能。

Abstract: Carbon nanotube_supported_platinum (Pt/CNTs) and carbon_supported_platinum (Pt/C) catalysts were synthesized by in_situ chemical reduction. They were analyzed using TEM and XRD, then made into electrodes to be part of assemable PEMFC for the performence tests. The resulted show that Pt clusters in both catalysts are of small particle size (about 4nm), and Pt/CNTs exhibits a higher catalytic activity than Pt/C.
