摘要: 应用碳包覆固相法合成锂离子电池Li3V2(PO4)3正极材料.X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜表征材料的结构和观察表面形貌.材料的电阻和电化学性能测试表明,碳包覆Li3V2(PO4)3材料可避免颗粒团聚,减小颗粒尺寸,提高材料电导率,改善其电极的电化学性能.

Abstract: The carbon coating Li3V2(PO4)3 powder samples were synthesized by carbon incorporation solid state reaction.The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties have been studied by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and automatic battery tester system,respectively.Carbon coating on Li3V2(PO4)3 would prevent the particles from agglomerating,reduce the particle size,raise the conductivity and improve the samples′ electrochemical performance.
