双层类脂膜成膜过程的电化学方法研究

Electrochemical Investigation of the Dynamic Process for the Solid Supported Bilayer Lipid Membrane

摘要:  应用循环伏安法(CV),计时电流法(I_T)和开路电压法(V_T)研究了导电玻璃支撑的双层类脂膜(ITO/s_BLM)的成膜动力学过程.实验表明,导电玻璃(ITO)是一种理想的成膜支撑基底,ITO/S_BLM膜具有成膜快稳定时间长的特点.与循环伏安法相比,计时电路法和开路电路法能更为详细地给出膜系统组装的瞬时信息.ITO/s_BLM体系的膜电压实验值约为0.1V.

Abstract: Three electrochemical methods,cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and open-circuit potential had been used to study the dynamic process of the ITO (indium-tin oxide) conducting glass supported BLM (ITO/s-BLM) system.The results showed that the self-organization process of the membrane could be simply,visually and feasibly reflected by the three methods. Furthermore, the membrane voltage of the ITO/s-BLM system was about 0.1V when measured by open-circuit potential.
