天然海水中绿色碳钢缓蚀剂的研究

The Study of Green Corrosion Inhibitors for Mild Steel 907 in Natural Seawater Environment

摘要:  根据分子设计和官能团剪裁方法,结合有机缓蚀剂分子在金属表面和氧化膜表面的配位理论,选择葡萄酸钙,葡萄糖酸锌,硫酸锌,蒜素,丙烯酸聚合物,椰子油基烷醇酰胺,APG,OCTA,多聚磷酸钠等多种缓蚀剂成分,利用极化曲线法和重量法研究了上述缓蚀剂复配后对海水中碳钢的缓蚀作用,并由正交实验对筛选出的葡萄酸钙,硫酸锌和OCTA研究确定其以及相互之间的最佳复配比和协同效应,然后通过分段实验法再研究其最佳配方的后效能性,从而得到一种可生物降解的无磷高效绿色缓蚀剂.

Abstract: Nine green compounds,including calcium gluconate,zinc gluconate,zinc sulfate,garlic,ACUSOL 445N,OS_15,APG,OCTA and STPP were selected according to the methods of molecule design and function groups prune. The functions of combined corrosion inhibitors mixed by the compounds mentioned above for mild steel in seawater were studied in this work using the methods of polarization curve and weight_loss.The best weight ratio and distinct synergistic effect of calcium gluconate,zinc sulfate and OCTA were studied by Latin experiment. The afgereffects of the best weight ratio corrosoin inhibitor were studied by subsection experiment. In this way, a kind of high effect green corrosion inhibitor was obtained.
