苯胺共聚物/环氧共混体系防腐蚀行为的研究

Study of Anti-corrosion Property on Poly(An-co-oAs)/Epoxy

摘要:  以苯胺与邻甲氧基苯胺为单体,采用水溶液化学氧化聚合法合成了聚苯胺、苯胺共聚物及聚邻甲氧基苯胺,并对其性能与结构进行了测试、表征.实验表明:随着邻甲氧基苯胺含量的增加,聚合物的溶解性能有明显的改善,其氧化程度随之降低;以上三种聚合物均对马口铁表现出良好的防腐蚀性,其防腐蚀能力随氧化程度降低而降低;苯胺共聚物/环氧混合体系对马口铁也表现出优异的抗腐蚀性.

Abstract: polyaniline, polyanisidine and their copolymer poly(An-co-oAs) were synthesized via the solution chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline and anisidine in an acidic aqueous medium, and their properties and structure were characterized. The electrochemical method were applied to evaluate the corrosion behavior of tined iron uncoated or coated by polyaniline, poly(An-o-oAs), polyanisidine and poly(An-co-oAs)/epoxy blend in acid or saline aqueous solution. The result showed that with the increase of anisidine content, the solubility of polymers is improved apparently but their oxidation extent decreases accordingly. It is also founded that polyaniline, poly(An-co-oAs) and polyanisidine all have good anti-corrosion properties, and their anti-corrosion capacity is weakened with decrease of the their oxidation extent, and that poly(An-co-oAs)/epoxy blend coatings has excellent corrosion inhibition ability.
