Abstract: Inclusion action of rhein with CDs was studied by linear sweep oscilloscope polarography. The molar ratio of inclusion complexes of rhein with CDs are 11, the inclusion constants in different temperature have been determined and the thermodynamics parameter of some inclusion complexes have also been obtained. It indicates that in normal temperature, the inclusion procedure go on spontaneously, improving temperature is unfavorable to the formation of inclusion complexes.
