Effect of IrCo Intermediate Layer on Electrochemical Property of RuTiSn Anode

摘要: 应用热分解法制备含IrCo中间层的Ti基RuTiSn电极,研究了不同层数的IrCo中间层对RuTiSn电极电化学性能的影响.电极的表面形貌和元素分析由SEM、EPMA表征,析氯电位、强化电解寿命及循环伏安法测试表明,IrCo中间层不但能保持该电极的电催化活性和较低的析氯电位,而且极大提高了电极的稳定性,强化寿命可达480 h.

Abstract: The Ti based-RuTiSn anodes with IrCo intermediate layer were prepared by thermal decomposition method.The electrochemical properties of Ti/RuTiSn anodes with different Ir-Co intermediate layers were studied.The surface and elements compositions of the anodes were charactered by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electronic probe microanalysis(EPMA).The effects of intermediate layer on the electro-catalytic activity and stability were assessed by chlorine evolution potentials、accelerated lifetime test and cyclic voltammetric curves(CV).It was concluded that the anode,which contained several Ir-Co intermediate layers,could hold not only high electro-catalytic activity but also the increased stability.The enhanced life was up to 480 h.
