边界元方法计算牺牲阳极的接水电阻

摘要: 本文在建立了阴极保护电位场数学模型的基础上,以边界元方法模拟牺牲阳极与低碳钢直接偶合时牺牲阳极的工作状态.码头模拟试验表明,本文采用的边界元方法可以准确计算牺牲阳极的发生电流及接水电阻,可为阴极保护设计提供准确的设计参数,并对板状牺牲阳极长宽比对阳极发生电流和接水电阻的影响进行了计算和讨论.

Abstract: According to a kind of mathematic model set up for the cathodic protection potential field, the boundary element method (BEM) was used to study the working state of plate sacrificial anodes which were galvanically coupled to mild steel. In situ experiment showed that the current output and resistance of sacrificial anodes could be calculated more accurately using BEM than loiyd formula. On the basis of the calculation, the cathodic protection design would be more accurate. It was also investigated that the effect of the lengthtobreadth ratio (L/B) on current output and resistance of plate zinc anodes. The results demonstrated that anode resistance obtained from BEM approached loiyd formula with increasing of L/B value.
