钛基二氧化铅平板电极的镀制

摘要: 利用所镀二氧化铅电极和氧阴极组装成电解槽,通过测定高氯酸盐生成电流效率及循环伏安、SEM、SRD等方法,评价所镀钛基二氧化铅平板电极性能.考察了电镀液组成(F-、HNO3、Bi3+、Fe3+、表在活性剂)对电极性能的影响,发现必须严格控制镀液中铁离子的含量,增大硝酸的使用量,才能制得用于高氯酸盐电化生产的高性能钛基二氧化铅电极.

Abstract: The perchlorate was made up of a lead dioxide plate elcetrode and an oxygen cathode. By measuring the flow capacity of cell gas in the cell, and by means of CV、SEM、XRD, the performances of the lead dioxide plate electrodes are evaluated. The influence of changes in the concentrations of electroplating solutions (F 、HNO 3、Bi 3+ 、Ni 2+ 、Fe 3+ and surface active agent) is investigated. The results show that the concentrations of Fe 3+ in the solutions must be lower 0.01 g/l, and the concentrations of HNO 3 in the solutions are about 20 g/l, in order to get better plate PbO 2/Ti electrode in the perchlorate cell process.
