摘要: 用电解法制备一种掺杂铋的改性二氧化锰材料(Bi-EMD).通过x射线衍射及光电子能谱分析,Bi-EMD属于γ-MnO_2,Bi以Bi_2O_3形式存在于改性材料中,且材料中Bi含量随电解时Bi ̄(3+)浓度增加而增加.当电解液中Bi ̄(3+)浓度为0.008mol·L ̄(-1)时,材料中Bi含量高达14.3%(重量百分比).用Bi-EMD装配成AA型Zn/MnO_2试验电池.通过循环寿命实验,Bi-EMD表现出良好的可逆性.

Abstract: A modified electrolytic manganese dioside doped with Bi(Bi-EMD)wasprepared and examined by XRD and XPS.It is predominantly γ-mnO_2 and the Bi exists as Bi_2O_3 inthe modified material.The content of Bi in Bi-EMDs increased with the increasement of Bi ̄(3+)concentration in electrolyte,and reached14.3(wt)% from the bath of 0.008 mol·1 ̄(-1)Bi ̄(3+)+ used.Some Zn /Bi-EMD prototype batteries of AA size were assembled,and which cycle life tests showedthat the Bi-EMD has better reversibility.
