Investigation on Ru-Ti-Ir Anode Coatings Modified by Adding Sn Element

摘要: 应用热分解法制备不同Sn含量的Ru-Ti-Ir-Sn氧化物阳极涂层,SEM、EDX、XRD、析氯电位、电流效率及循环伏安和电化学阻抗谱等实验表明,Ru-Ti-Ir经添加Sn组元后,该阳极涂层表面形貌发生了很大变化,Sn组元的添加不仅有利于该阳极涂层析氯电位的降低,而且能够有效提高其电流效率.

Abstract: The anode coatings of Ru-Ti-Ir-Sn oxide with various Sn contents were prepared by thermal decomposition and characterized by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the potential of chlorine evolution,current efficiency,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results tests showed that there was a great change in the morphology of the coatings after adding Sn element.The addition of Sn not only reduced the potential of chlorine evolution,but also effectively improved the current efficiency of the anode coatings.
