以电化学方法研究了各种环糊精及其衍生物对酮洛芬电化学行为的影响;测定了酮洛芬与β环糊精,羟丙基β环糊精和甲基化β环糊精的包结常数及其温度对包结作用的影响,并由各包结物的热力学参数解释包结现象.
The influences of cyclodextrins and their derivatives on the electrochemical behavior of ketoprofen were studied. The inclusion constants of ketoprofen with β CD,HP β CD and methyl β CD and the influences of temperature on the inclusion actions were also investigated. The inclusion phenomena is explained with the thermodynamics parameters of the inclusion complexes.
