摘要

采用水热法合成了La3+离子掺杂的TiO2 纳米粒子 (La3+掺杂量 0 .5mol% ) ,并用光电化学方法研究了Ru(bpy) 2 (NCS) 2 (bpy =2 ,2’_bipyridy1_4 ,4’_dicarboxylicacid)敏化La3+掺杂的TiO2电极 (简写为La3+_TiO2 )的光电化学行为 .实验证明Ru(bpy) 2 (NCS) 2 敏化La3+_TiO2 复合半导体纳米多孔膜电极的光电转换效率和电池能量转换效率随电极的膜厚增加而提高

Abstract

The La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared with hydrothermal method.The photoelectrochemical properties of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode sensitized by Ru(bpy) 2(NCS) 2 were studied.The conversion efficiency of light to electricity and the energy conversion efficiencies were ineased with the depth of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode.
