摘要

应用静态失重法、动电位扫描极化曲线、交流阻抗和原子力显微镜等方法研究含咪唑杂环的双季铵盐化合物MDOPD在模拟油田水中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能及其缓蚀吸附机理.结果表明,双季铵盐化合物MDOPD在模拟油田水介质中对Q235钢具有非常显著的缓蚀效果;其缓蚀吸附膜随吸附时间的延长而更加完整和致密;MDOPD的较强缓蚀性能与其分子中含有多个活性吸附中心以及在金属表面的平卧吸附方式有关.

Abstract

The weight loss measurement, potentiodynamic polarisation curves, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy were used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of MDOPD in simulated oilfield water. At the same time, the adsorption mechanism of MDOPD on Q235 steels was suggested.The experimental results show the effective corrosion inhibition in the simulated oilfield water. The MDOPD possessesseveral nitrogen atoms as adsorption centres, which has higher active energy at metal surface and has more effective protection function.
