Electrochemical Detection of L-cysteine based on Iron Phthalocyanine/Nitrogen-Doped Graphene Modified Electrodes

Abstract: In this study, we report a facile method to develop FePc/N-G hybrid modified electrode for the detection of L-cysteine. The electrochemical sensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric response. The sensor exhibited a wider linear range with rapid response which has outperformed pure FePc/GCE, highlighting the important role of nitrogen doped graphene as substrate for improving the electrochemical response property.
